Recruitment Campaign gets Results

Basingstoke and North Hants know it’s tough attracting talent into the NHS, especially when their hands are tied by an abundance of beaurocracy. They asked FCM-I to devise a recruitment campaign that would raise their profile, attract a new audience and fill vacancies more quickly. We developed an identity that was campaign-able across a variety of traditional communication channels as well as introducing some new media elements that that were powerful, scalable and cost-effective.

Customer Testimonial:

"Historically, we’ve always had challenges in Nurse recruitment.

We knew we needed to do something different if we wanted different results – we just didn’t know what !

That’s where FCM-I helped us; in a pitch environment they came across as a company that had actually listened to what we were saying; they were very creative with lots of ideas but not gimmicky, ideas that we could immediately see were good, engaging solutions.

FCM-I developed a complete Recruitment Identity campaign that worked across the traditional areas of print ads, posters and banners but also moved us into new media areas.

Producing a bespoke recruitment website, video footage and testimonials as well as radio commercials and mobile advertising, which all in all allowed us to develop a powerful, distinctive campaign that was affordable, scalable and very successful.

Oh, and they’re good, fun people too !”
